It's no secret that hangovers are the WORST. Especially after Dry January when you have felt so great. But what if there was a new trend on TikTok that could make them go away? According to the NY Post, a doctor named Chris Jackson swears by this new method and says it can help with nausea, anxiety, migraines, and even your skincare routine. So...is this really the hangover cure we've all been waiting for?

What is The Trend?

The trend involves placing water and ice cubes in a giant bowl and sticking your head in it. You then have to hold your face in the water for 5-10 seconds up to 3x so that the diver’s reflex is activated. This will supposedly help with nausea, anxiety, migraines, and even your skincare routine. It has become so popular on TikTok that people have started making videos of themselves trying out the trend!

Does it Really Work?

It's hard to say whether or not this trend works since every person responds differently to different treatments. But some doctors believe that submerging yourself underwater can trigger something called the "mammalian diving reflex" which helps slow down your heart rate and reduces inflammation caused by hangovers. Others believe it can also reduce stress levels which might help with headaches and other symptoms associated with hangovers.

Is it Safe?

This seems to be one of the trends on TikTok that is actually safe. After not having any alcohol for the month of January your body could be very mad at you for adding that wine again so keep this trend in mind the next day. What can go wrong? Just make sure you get a bowl big enough for your head.

Top 15 Will Ferrell Movies

Will Ferrell is one of many people's all-time favorite actors. Will started his career as a cast member of SNL (Saturday Night Live) in the 90s. And he was declared in the beginning, to be, quite possibly, the worst cast member ever during his first season. But his impersonations and range of characters made him arguably the greatest Saturday Night Live cast member ever! During his seven year run, he is one of the few cast members to ever be nominated for an Emmy for a performance and played during the 2000 elections when he played George W. Bush.

Will was a cast member from 1995-2002 and during that time he appeared in several movies like Austin Powers, A Night at the Roxbury, Superstar, Zoolander, The Ladies Man, and more.

Will was drawing laughs from people even in school. When he would do the high school announcements he would do them in different voices. After high school, he attended USC in LA and studied sports journalism. That is why you see him make appearances on ESPN and other sports broadcasts.

Will's real name is John Wiliam Ferrell. Not sure when he started going by his middle name but I'm glad he does. He doesn't look like  John to me.

Will has countless movies under his belt. He has been in at least 59 movies and we tried our hardest to boil it down to Will Ferrell's top 15 movies. It was difficult but we narrowed them down and I hope you agree with our number pick.
