Read And Win Prizes! Las Vegas Library District Summer Challenge Returns

Whether you love reading or haven't touched a book in ages, the Las Vegas Library District has a summer challenge for you... And it involves cool PRIZES! The Library District has brought back their annual Summer Challenge, allowing readers of all ages, from young childhood through adulthood, to win some super fun prizes from May 15th through July 31st.

According to News 3, "During the challenge, participants can get a library card if they don't already have one. From there, you can sign up online at the Library District website or pick up a paper log from a local branch. You then track your reading and activities to qualify for prizes." Those who opt to use the online services for the Summer Challenge will automatically be entered following the completion of the three required levels. If a participant opts to use a paper log, they must ensure the turn in their completed paper log to one of Las Vegas' local libraries to then be able to score prizes.

The activities planned throughout the Las Vegas Library District Summer Challenge are perfect for individuals of all ages to enjoy. From live performances and art galleries, to classes for drawing, writing, languages, and crafts, there's a free activity planned to suit every person's interests.

Upon completing the three levels of the Las Vegas Library District Summer Challenge, participants are then able to win some pretty spectacular prizes. These include NBA Summer League tickets, Neon Museum tickets, and Vegas Golden Knights apparel. Adults prizes include free books and the chance to win a telescope.
