Looking for a job that is both fun and easy? How about getting paid to watch Barbie movies? Casino.ca is looking for someone to do just that! They are currently hiring an individual to watch 16 animated Barbie movies, with a promise of a $1,000 payment. Not only that but the person will also be given $50 to see the new live-action Barbie movie when it opens on July 21st. But the question is, is this dream job or a dull task?
If you grew up in the 90s and early 2000s, then you would remember the iconic Barbie. She has been a significant part of Millennial and Gen Z history. The original Barbie movies take us back to a simpler time when everything just seemed brighter and more pink. You could say that Barbie movies represent a nostalgic feel for many of us. So, getting paid to watch these movies may seem like a dream job.
But this is not just a watch the movies and make the money situation. You actually have to sit through 16 animated Barbie movies from beginning to end. The average length 70-80 minutes per movie. When you are done with the movies you are required to create reviews of each of these movies, talking about the plot, characters, and animation quality.
Is that work worth $1000 to you?
It is also important to remember that if you are picked and accept this job, you will be investing a significant amount of time. And if you do not particularly enjoy kid's movies, you might struggle to complete the job on time. However, if you are passionate about movies or have experience in reviewing movies, then this could be the perfect job for you.
If you want to apply for the gig you can apply here! Good luck and happy watching.
