Quarantine life can be boring, but a group of people have turned a simple weekly chore into a hilarious party.
Danielle Askew and her friends in Queensland, Australia created the Facebook group called Bin Isolation Outing. Their goal is to simply bring joy to people's lives by putting on a costume while taking out the trash.
“I have had a lot of people private message me, and also on the page, to say thank you so much,” said Askew, in a ABC News interview. “They were quite down and this has made them smile and laugh. So, [they said] ‘thank you for bringing a little bit of light into the chaotic world we are in at the moment’.”
More than a million people have joined the Facebook group to continue to bring laughter to people's lives!
